STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS

All photos are copy write of Birdseye photography and can only be used with the permission of Birdseye photography in the terms set out as below.

When a photo is sold it can only be used by the purchaser for the one property by the one agency it was purchased for.

The photo can be used for sale purpose for as long as the property is on the market or until it is removed from the market for any reason.

The photo is sold in high resolution and may be resized as the purchaser wishes.

The photo can be used in any form of advertising but must be removed once the property is no longer on the market.

SPECIAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

If the standard conditions do not fit your requirements, special terms and conditions can be negotiated but must be in writing, otherwise standard terms and conditions take priority. Photos can also be purchased outright.
